What will happen at BRAVE?  BRAVE consists of activities such as: keynote motivational and encouraging speakers, ice breaker games, confidence builders, crafts, resources, pampering items, music , food and not to mention, time to meet lifelong friends. This event will leave girls feeling empowered with a new outlook on life.

Red Cap

Red Cap – Anger Management for Kids (Ages 8–12)

The goal of Red Cap is to help children recognize and manage their anger in a healthy, positive way.

Through fun, interactive lessons and age-appropriate activities, participants learn essential tools to:

Stop and recognize their emotions

Think before reacting

Problem-solve in challenging situations

By the end of the program, children are encouraged to reach a point where they can automatically pause and make thoughtful choices—rather than reacting with anger.

Each week focuses on one of the core skills: Stopping, Thinking, and Problem Solving — all in a supportive, encouraging environment.
